At Willows Day Care Brecon we provide a welcoming, nurturing and caring environment where children feel safe, cared for and secure. We ensure that the children are protected, respected, listened to and valued as individuals and believe children learn best through play. We continually consider ways to enhance the children’s learning, developing their self-esteem and confidence.

Our day care is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where we encourage children to explore, be inquisitive and reflect. We believe that as teachers, by observing children and working in close connection with parents we can develop a greater understanding of how each child learns. We can therefore plan and adapt the learning process, activities and resources appropriately based on each child’s interests.
